Church Reno has officially begun!

Hi everyone!  Well it is officially a renovation!  It took FOREVER for us to receive the permits and recommendations from the inspector.  He gave us some interesting recommendations and things he insisted on but let's put that behind us.  It has begun!  We are hoping that everything will begin to snowball and before we know it we will be moving in.

This first picture is all the paperwork we have been waiting for.  I felt that since we have waited so long for it, it deserves to be the first pic

Remember all that work we did trimming the hedges and trees....

We needed to make room for the truck and trailer

A bobcat also needed to come in and move snow away from the building

All the framing has been taken down

And all the make shift walls have also been taken down

 

We are keeping any of the lumber that can be reused.  The rest made a nice "little" pile

The trailer was FULL

The jyprock/drywall (depending on what you like to call it) is being delivered this coming week and should be up not long after.

Welcome back to my crazy adventure!  I should have all sorts of pictures and stories now that everything is up and running. :)
